A senior Data Science major at Earlham College. I love hockey and analytics so I combined my passions for this project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Equal talent and competitiveness in the game of hockey has lead to the difficulty in predicting which team wins a game. Knowing which factors helps wins games is becoming increasingly important for NHL teams to be successful in such a competitive league. As new analytical strategies and tools are utilized, predicting outcomes of hockey games is evolving.
