Introduction
My name is Sharon Wong, and I am majoring in Computer Science and Neuroscience. This interdisciplinary focus has led me to explore intersections between artificial intelligence and brain health, particularly in leveraging deep learning models for innovative solutions in neuroscience.
Abstract
Alzheimer’s disease (AD) presents a growing global health challenge, requiring early and precise diagnosis for effective treatment. This study explores convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to enhance the accuracy of AD detection using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data. By refining machine learning (ML) algorithms and addressing diagnostic limitations, the research improves early-stage detection, aiming to support effective medical interventions.
